Fox Den Reservations & Policies
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. Please let us know if you are requesting a late check-in after 6:00 p.m. We are happy to accommodate late arrivals.
Minimum Stay Requirements: A two night minimum stay is required for all weekends. One night reservations will be considered Sunday through Thursday, based on availability. Room choice is not guaranteed for one night stays. Rates are based on single or double occupancy only.
Cancellation Policy: Because we are a small Bed & Breakfast, cancellations greatly affect us. Cancellations require 14 days notice prior to the arrival date, except for the month of December, holidays and festival weekends which require a 30 day notice prior to arrival date. No refunds will be made for cancellations with notice of less than 14/30 days, unless the room is booked in full by another party. A cancellation processing fee of $25 will be deducted from any refund if a reservation is re-booked in full.
Deposits: To guarantee your suite, a deposit equal to your first night’s stay will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time you book your reservation. If your reservation is more than 45 days out, the one night reservation deposit will be processed approximately 30 days before your arrival date.
Adults Only: We welcome Adults Only (18 and over).
Smoke-Free: We are a smoke free environment. Smoking or candles are not allowed in our suites or the common areas of our building.
Pet Policy: We truly love pets but unfortunately cannot accommodate them at the Fox Den at this time.
